Those decade milestones are challenging. It's hard when we hit 60, 70, or 80. Sometimes seeing that number affects how we feel physically. We get it.
When I retired from my position as Assistant Dean at Stanford Medicine, I felt my career and life was in the rear view mirror. I looked back briefly, said goodbye to that "self" and hit the rest button with a renewed focus on fitness and health. Bill is still working full-time and keeps up on his fitness as well.
